Water Retention

I was 109.5 two days ago and now I am 113. I am not sure what happened. When I calculate my calories I always make it so I either maintain or loose weight. I am thinking I am retaining water. I drink tons of water, we have it delivered to our house and this is the number one drink in my house hold. I did recently start drinking a lot of unsweatened ice tea as well. These are usually my only two drinks. I know the best way to usually get rid of water weight is to drink water but its not going away. My boyfriend says now that my stomach area feels like a water bed. Are there any medical conditions out there that anyone knows about that could be causing this. Are there any other things that could cause this water retention to take place. I don't eat very much salt, I never add it to my food. I know some items contain a lot of sodium in them but I don't think I have taken in more than usual.
