I have heard this can be a problem due to spiking blood sugar, insulin at night and that it is best at breakfast, lunch, post-workout.
Thoughts?
I know some will say counting calories will suffice...it does not for me. I only have a few pound to lose. Calorie deficit does not seem to suffice for me.

Fruit is best when liver glycogen is depleted (post workout or after not eating for 8-12 hours or more) but it doesn't make a huge difference. If you eat fruit at a different time, the fructose will be converted to triglycerides but eventually burned off.0
