Staying on track?

How do you keep yourself on track when you don't lose as much as you were expecting? There are some weeks where I lose 4 lbs, and some where I barely lose 1. Just need some motivating words/tips/tricks
Thank you!

Weight loss isn't linear, and there is no track.
This means: Weight fluctuates naturally (quite a lot) from day to day and can easily mask fat loss/gain (which is slow). If you want to lose weight and keep it off for good, you have to make eating and moving a lifestyle you can and want to live with.1 -
switch types of exercise in order not to feel stagnant. The sense of changing *something* seems to help.
