i've been dieting since late January and have lost a total of 30 pounds. i am pretty proud of my progress and i am ready to show off my hard work at the beach this summer. unfortunately, i still have some belly pudge that needs to go. it isn't at all a lot but still i just finally want a flat stomach. what can i do or what changes can i make to my diet that my be effective to a flat stomach

also, i only do minimal exercise. any recommendations on exercises to do to achieve this? thanks

    You can't spot reduce (unfortunately). All you can do is lose weight, and it will come off where it wants too (partly genetic).

    @diannethegeek..........beat me to it

    The only way to lose belly fat is to lower your body fat percentage. The body doesn't pick and choose how this is done, so you have to just keep going!
