I started at my highest non-pregnancy weight in August 2013, at 212 lbs. (5'7" female). Now in May 2016 I'm at 171 lbs. I am way too embarrassed to post face or body photos. 
So at 191 lbs., back in January 2015, I took a hand photo.
And again today at 171 lbs.
Half a ring size down.
Will try to update in another 20 lbs.
