Help! Diet Plan & Motivation

Hi everyone, if can anybody help me with a diet plan that can help me lose 4 or 5 kg (7 pounds) per month i have a big event on Christmas so i need to lose my 30kg (60 pounds) overweight, another thing i need is motivating friends cuz i think without having motivation you can't do anything you wish for.     Put your stats in the app. Set it for 2 lbs/week rate of loss. Weigh your foods (any foods you like) on a digital scale and log accurately. "Eat back" a portion of your exercise calories.

    You might not lose 60 lbs by xmas, but you'll be happier and lose a lot. Maybe you'll lose it all.
