I fixed my eating habits and I'm exercising and my weight is falling off but I need tips on things I can do In the gym to tone my muscles. I don't want to just get down to a healthy weight, I want to be fit too.

Can you schedule a session or two with a personal trainer at your gym? They can show you how to use the weight machines and the free weight area and can direct you to some structured lifting programs.
Or, read through the threads on this board. LOTS of workout programs are available. Learning proper form first is the key, though.0 -
