Homemade low fat chicken stock

Biol your chicken as you normally do ( i add onions carrots black pepper & herbs) to the bioling water and salt, remove the boiled chicken and the other integrents inside the stock, pour the stock in a bowl and leave it in the refrigerator for a the whole day or till it visually forms 2 seperate layers the fat layer at top, throw this layer then boil the stock till it reaches it's half amount, pour the stock in a ice cube bar and freeze it ... Hope u like it
