I am new in the last few days. Getting ready for gastric bypass surgery and needed to start eating clean for my health, myself and my family. Logging my food has been a real eye opener, everyday it has told me at the end of the day I would actually gain weight, does anyone have ideas for lighter eating or where I can find some easy recipes??

It might help to know what your current calorie intake is and what you think your calorie goals should be. There's almost always going to be room for the foods you love so long as there's a counterbalance of the other foods you're eating. I've sent you a friend request; I'd love to be a part of your support and help get you started! Good luck to you!0

Intermittent Fasting might help your diet and also on weight loss. you might be eating more calories than what you burn. And weigh your self in the morning not at night you still have food you ate several hours ago. Best to weight yourself in the mornings aftering a #1 or #2 lol.0
