You might want to ask your doctor for a referral to a dietician for some individualised advice.
In the meantime, this list should give you a few more ideas:

Falafel with hummus is very healthy but higher calorie - I would make some in lettuce wraps with tzatziki. Guacamole added to a mexican dish - soup, meat, as a dip for veggies - adds some nice calories.
Adding extra seeds or nuts to salads and other veggie dishes will add in some extra healthy calories, too0 -
Add oils to whatever you are cooking: rice with olive oil, pasta with oil, full fat salad dressing on veggies, coconut oil,0

Avocado is also good.

There may be some good ideas in the "gaining" thread too!0

Is the issue that you're losing too much weight, or that the baby isn't gaining quickly enough? A local, certified lactation consultant can help with bfing issues. For example there are ways to help ensure that your baby is getting more of the higher calorie hind milk and less of the lower calorie fore milk.
Here's a link to La Leche League, which has meetings and counsellors: http://www.llli.org0 -
These granola bars were an awesome snack when I was nursing: http://dailymom.com/nurture/boost-your-supply-at-breakfast-breastfeeding-granola-bars/
I had to sub out some ingredients because of food allergies, but they're easy to modify.0 -
