For the muscle gains, you already seem to have some excellent results, keep at it and best of luck!
(How is premium going to improve your results?)0 -
Thanks, my goal is to add size and the premium will allow me to easily track my macros and make sure I hit all my numbers.0

Yeah, you can adjust them to the gram! It's pretty sweet

For those of us who track daily macros, it's an easier way to stay accountable to ourselves. It also allows you to have daily goals. I currently have two "re-feed" days when I get extra food, so my macros are different on those days. (Although starting Sunday, I start a 6 week build, so I got a bump in calories. I'm actually really frightened of eating so much, but I will trust the process and keep on plugging away.) You can set up up so that you can immediately get a screen notification on iPhone of what your remaining macros are without having to open the app. I'm sure you can do it on android too, but I wouldn't know how.2

I also upgraded to premium for the Macro count. I just upgraded the other day and so far I love it. I love the quick view widget that shows me what I have left to eat. My only complaint is that I've noticed a discrepancy. For instance my protein today. I hit exactly. My carbs, I am under by 12 and my fat, I am
Under by 2. However it has my calorie count as -15. Have you had this issue? On paper it works, but for some reason it isn't working on the app.1 -

Awesome! I was using the quick add widget all day today. About the discrepancy, I haven't run into any issues yet, but then again this was only my first day using it. One thing that I did was calculate my target calories and macros on paper, then just entered everything into the app as opposed to allowing it to calculate them for me0 -

You do know that the app calculation before was adjustable, right? It was just that the smallest unit of measure was 5% of total calories (since you can only adjust in 5% increments). Are you eating grams of macros at the end of the day to hit the targets exactly now?0 -

Yes sir, I was aware. No, I try and spread them out throughout the day so I don't have to end the day stuffing my face. First two days were tough to hit the targets, but I'm starting to get better at it.0
