Hi guys,
i just got a new heart rate moniter.
its fine, the only problem im having is it asks me for "excercise level"
i usually do 60 minutes inculding 30 day shred (now on level 2) and bits and peices of the two other biggest looser dvds i have with michelle bridges (cardio burn, calorie circut killer) before i had my moniter i logged it as circuit training general.. and i seem to be burning pretty much the same amount of calories as MFP tells me.
i use level 3 as the intensity level. what do you think? please help me:)
