Started at 332 pounds, today I am officially out of the 300's

I cried! I haven't been out of the 300's in some time, It was such a wonderful feeling this morning to step on the scale and not see a 3 at the beginning of my weight.

Guys, if i can do this anyone can! Only 70 more pounds to go! :smile:

    yay!!! Congrats. I know how happy that is. I'm sure I will reach that goal next month. Can't wait. I've been kinda stuck here in 300s since 2011 or so. Before that I had never reached this far. Some med changes pushed me over. I lost most of that gained weight now. You can reach the other 70 lbs. :) My gym membership is really paying off. 7 lbs since April 22. I had a bit of a slowdown last week where I had gained but otherwise steady losses. near 1 1/2 to 2 lbs a week. ;) This week I was down that gain plus 1.4 new lbs. I have a bit more to go than you. At least 140 to healthy range.
