Over the past few months I have had cramping like period pains even when not on or not that near. I've been going through a lot of paracetamol. I have a doc appointment on Sunday anyway so will be telling them about it. Just wondering if any other women mainly young adults like.myself have had this before. I am a virgin so nothing like that.

Are you having other symptoms like change in bowel movements or just the cramps? I ask this because I had similar pains prior to being diagnosed with IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) after numerous tests.
Does the paracetamol seem to help or make it worse? If it's not helping, I wouldn't bother taking it.
A Sunday doctor's appointment is new to me, glad you got one!
ETA: I was about 22 when I was diagnosed. Slept a lot and lost weight because I was afraid to eat knowing what would follow.0 -

Uhm... wow.
You can have many health problems in your reproductive organs even if you don't use them for their purpose. Get an ultrasound and make sure you don't have endometriosis or fibroid or cysts. If that's ruled out think about what else is nearby- your bladder or intestines. Get those checked out too.1 -
Jmho: get a Pap smear test?0

Yes I cramp during ovulation. I feel it more after I have lost weight as well. Do you track your cycle? It could very well be ovulation cramps.0

Definitely see your dr and an ob-gyn as that could be a sign of ovarian/fallopian tube cysts or other things. (Speaking from experience)
Good luck and I hope the best for you.0 -
