Is getting diareaha after a workout normal?

    um .. no.. your workout did not cause this, you should look for what your diet may tell you or hopefully it was just a one time thing and no stomach flu or time of the month symptom.

    I think it is normal sometimes but if it's happening every time that doesn't sound normal.

    Exercise can definitely get the bowels moving. It's pretty common for those who run long distances.

    I know after my c-sections the doctors/nurses insisted on several walks a day to get things moving along.

    Diarrhea is classified by amount frequency and consistency.

    If you are just having a loose bowel movement it is not as serious as several after the workout.

    But yeah probably food related.

    Pooping, maybe, But not sure if diarrhea would be normal. Could be what you ate, etc
