I am particularly interested in how iron is measured. The app has a goal of 100%, but I want to know how many milligrams equals 100%. does anyone know what the gram amount for the recommendation of iron?

That is, 18 mg = 100% for U.S. nutritional labeling purposes. 18 mg is more than 100% for men and for women who are post-menopausal.0
