Too much water!

I'm trying to drink more water to help with weight loss but I feel like I'm running to the bathroom every 5 mins! I'm tired of getting up in the middle of the night constantly. How long til my body adjusts?

    how much water are you drinking??? ive read the general rule of 8 8oz glasses.. 64 oz a day.. or another good tip is half your weight in water.. (ounces) so if you weighed 200 pounds then you would drink 100 oz of water!
    maybe gradually drink more water? vs so much at once.. you also dont want to drink too much water.. can be dangerous!.. can depleat vitamins and sodium your body needs

    When I first started drinking more water, I was too. I think its just your body adjusting. How long have you been drinking?

    Ive only been consciously trying to drink more this past week. About 8-9 glasses a day. Hopefully my body will get used to it soon.
