Fats

Should i be bothered about being a little over on fats every now and then providing i stick to caloroe goal?
It always bugs me when mfp gives that 'over fat allowance' thing when you add something

I wouldn't sweat it. Just focus on being balanced and keep to your calorie goal.

I turned those "hints" off as soon as MFP gave us the option. No, it's not a bad thing to go a little over your fats unless you have a medical need to keep them low.

    I peeked at your diary.
    Too many days under 1,000.
At a certain point, the body starts to self-cannibalize.
This means eating itself for nutrition.

That's not what I was asking about though is it :). If you knew mych about my situation you'd be aware I'm struggling with a really busy stressful time, not hungry in the least because of it and trying to shove food down myself at every opportunity to get it up. You'd also know that I'm literally going to maintenance on Tuesday when hopefully I'll be past the stress so won't have such a reduxed appetite.
That said if you can make any helpful suggestions of where you would up calories from looking at my diary that is always appreciated.
But otherwise let's stick to the topic please.
