Bloated

I just feel bloated. Not sure what my diet is doing to make me feel this way. It is not PMS or anything. Any tips on how to help this?

    Drink more water. Have you been eating more salt/sodium lately?

    We retain water for so many reasons. Did you know that many women bloat when they ovulate as well? Could be salt, a slight hormonal shift, a change or increase in exercise. Stay the course and drink water.

    whatever floats your bloat, baby. Try fewer carbs if you eat a lot of bread maybe?

    I don't bloat too often outside my cycle related issues. But when I feel a teeny bit it is usually from too much sodium.
