Seaside donut / doughnut

We went to a sandcastle competition yesterday evening and my husband bought us a coffee and a doughnut from one of the seaside shops. (Oh I do love living by the seaside). Anyway, I've no idea how to log it. I'd saved loads of calories for my evening meal so it won't drive me wildly over but it sure how to log it.
All the ones on here are shop ones - the big doughy Krispy Kreme or supermarket ones but the ones we had were the smaller, lighter (but deep fried and covered in sugar) ones that you get warm in a paper bag at fairs, seasides and Neath rugby matches.

Was it a yeast donut or a cake donut? Start from there and you can eliminate 1/2 the possibilities.
When in doubt, have a little scroll through the available donuts and choose one on the high side calorie wise. It doesn't need to be perfect. You get more points for being honest than you do perfect in this weightloss game.0 -
Goodness knows! If I were to guess id say it wasn't a cake.
