Starting over again, and need support

Good morning. It's been a rough stretch for the last year or so. First, knee replacement surgery, then, breast cancer. Everything is good now and I feel great.....except I gained a lot of weight. I'm committed to getting back into shape and any support I can get would surely help. Add me, please. Thank you
