Increase daily activity by on the spot fit challenges

So it's hard to set aside 30 min or an hour to exercise everyday for some people with work,kids,school right but what about 2 min 15 times a day, doesn't sound unreasonable. Most people scroll fb more than that a day. So here's what I want to do make a group of dedicated people who want to increase their daily activity level to help keep their metabolism up by doing on the spot challenges. The trick is no cheating. If I post 10 pushups, no matter where you are or what your doing once you see it drop and give me 10. Then at some point shoot back a challenge. Has to be something that can be done in 2 min. Or under and without fancy equipment. Things like situps jamming Jacks pushups squats etc. The more people added the more chances for challenges, support, and variety. So is anyone game.
