So, you can ignore my weight loss tracker and my fitness pal efforts. I tried to do it right, I tried to do it wrong. I tried to do it sideways. In the end I am working out a lot and couldn't care less about calories anymore. Sometimes I eat really well. Sometimes I eat like crap. I always workout. The scale has been collecting dust under the bed for 2 months now. My clothes are loose and my muscles are getting more and more noticeable. I am happy and getting fit. It turns out that the only way I can get in shape is to just stop trying to lose weight and LIVE. Success!

It's all that matters, isn't it?
To find the formula that works for you, I'm still struggling.
    Congrats to you :)

Thank you. It is certainly an odd feeling to realize all of a sudden that I "know" what I am doing. I am angry with myself for taking so long to click, but that is the past I suppose.

I wish I had the courage to let my scale go... it really holds me back sometimes.

Miri, just kick it under the bed! haha It took me a long time as well. I was always wanted to get on it "just to see" and when it didn't reflect what I thought I had done I would get upset. So I vowed to not touch it until I feel I am in the shape I want to be. Curious to see what the scale says then! haha
