So while i am getting diet and exercise under control, i wanted to tackle my financial situation too.
Especially now that i have the energy to spare.
So i came across something called frugal living the other day. And it caught my attention.
So i have started thinking about how far below my means i can live. Since i don't have much of an income, it's going to mean that every dollar counts for more to me.
Things i have already done for years :
Cut my own hair.
No cable tv
Training at home
Walking everywhere
Things i have just started on :
Cutting my own beard
Stop using the dryer, and using a drying rack instead
Found the lowest mobile contract i can live with.
Eating cheap but good foods (i now eat for about 30 dollars a week, while cutting.)
what are you doing to control your spending? to live frugally and save money up?

For vegetables I go to a farmers market. More cost effective than going to the grocery store.
Since your eating healthy, your eating out less and that has saved me a nice chunk of change.1 -
If you can save up for a freezer, getting meat in bulk from a farmer is way cheaper than the grocery store.1
