Hello! I'm Jules. I started my weight loss journey in 2013 after thanksgiving. At my highest weight, I was 256lbs. I kicked around with Noom for a while before I came here. Before that, I was weight lifting to bodybuild.
I finally came here after frustration with Noom over 1100 daily cal suggestions. I am now bouncing between 170 and 174. I have been told by a doctor to get down to 150 and I can't seem to do it. Mind, he saw me before I lost so much but insists that losing more should be easy. I have to be careful of what exercises I do because of back and joint issues as well, so that limits a variety of exercises.
Looking for friends and accountability. Some suggestions would help too. I try to log in daily.
