I use a heaped dessert-spoon on my Weetbix everyday . . . along with almonds and cinnamon0

I use them as a thickening agent in sauces instead of using flour or starch. I try to just sneak them in things like pancake or waffle batter, muffins, smoothies, and even to thicken soups.0

Stirred into greek yoghurt or overnight oats.
Added to whisked egg white and baked in the microwave for a minute for a "pancake"0 -
Pancakes and muffins. Tried them in a protein shake once and they made me gag????0
