Hi I need to lose weight from my chest and belly, do you guys. Have any suggestions??

    You can't spot reduce. Eat in a calorie deficit and the weight will come off from all over. Do cardio that you enjoy to strengthen your heart.

    You can't choose where you lose weight from or "spot reduce" from any particular area. Eat at a caloric deficit and the fat will come off, but where/how it comes off is predetermined by your genetics. For most guys, the belly/love handles is the very last place it will come off.

    As far as exercise, do whatever you like best. It will help create the caloric deficit and it's great for your overall health, but there's no particular exercise which will target fat in any one area.

    Ah I see thanks, I used to weigh 2 stone less however I fell I have no confidence as o have a belly and tits lol :(
