I've successfully lost 30lbs and I feel amazing. I'm able to accomplish workouts that used to kill me in the beginning! But it's been a month and I'm still stuck at 190lbs :( I started off at 220 and my goal is to reach 170lbs I still eat right, drink lots of water and I workout 3-4x a week. Should I switch up something to get the last few pounds off? Have you been dealing with similar issues? I'm open to any advice feel free to share!

Have you adjusted your calories down since you lost the first 30?

As people lose weight, they need to adjust their calorie intake to ensure they are set up to continue to lose weight. Reducing calories from when you lost your first 30 pounds along with increasing exercise should give you a large enough deficit to see weight loss again.
