The 10 day reset- 29/05 - 07/06 *vegan though all welcome*

I've been on a bad streak for the past few weeks and it sucks. I need a reset 10 days- it usually helps. I basically stick to my diet and excercise religiously for 10 days until my mood gets back to normal. TBH I think I'm about to get my period though these days u have such trouble understanding my body in that way (it seems still irregular since quitting the pill).
Anyways, I'm resetting starting today, eating 1200 kcals and running everyday even if it's just for 20 minutes, going to bed before -10pm and drinking 2L minimum of water each day. I want fill my life with happy stuff! I'm going to uni to do a masters next year and I want to be at my goal weight (57kg) on the 1st if september. I'm 4.5kg off, but right now my head isn't in the game.

I need a breathe of fresh air. A Hapoy week!
