i want to lose belly fat so i can see my abs. I see some improvements but my belly fat still won't tone down. Tips anyone?

Have the same problem here, i am cutting carbs to the max and doing abdominal workout 3 days per week. It is a long procedure, cardio wont hurt also0

I think I usually run about 20-25% fats (healthy fats), 40-50% carbs, and the leftover is protein. Make sure if you focus on weights to not neglect the core workouts and some cardio. Obviously limiting total calories will trim you to your ideal look you want. But yes , all starts in the kitchen ☺0
