Ok - based on many suggestions I am going to up my calories. I decided to let MFP decided what that target calories should be for my weight, height and target weight. However it does not appear to work? Does it not work sometimes?

I even changed my target weight to something ridiculous but the target calories did not change??

    Change your goal to lose only 0.5 lb per week, this should increase your calorie goal.
