Chunky thighs?! :(

Hey guys,

I've lost around 40lb now and i weight 155lb. I am 5'5 and a size 12 now from a 16. I'm sad though as when i'm sat down my thighs just slop out and look massive! :( They seem bigger than they used too....any advice?

    I'm sure they aren't it's just the physiological side of losing weight (I always see myself as much larger than I am) ..but following on from above google some pilates moves for lower body, jogging/running builds leaner legs and walk as much as possible.. :)

    They will seem bigger because you are overall smaller
