Dextrose and post workout carbs/fat loss

Hey everyone, so my goal is to lose fat, and I am currently doing Jim Stoppani's 12 week shortcut to shred. I'm getting great nutrition, and am enjoying it. I read that you should get fast digesting carbs post workout, such as gummy bears and dextrose to help build muscle. Is this true, or will this insulin spike make me gain fat? I am always in a calorie deficit, but I'm concerned if this spike will cause fat gain. Thanks!

Post workout meal does little, if anything for people of general population. If you're trying to lose fat, you just stay in a calorie deficit. Don't fall for all the bodybuilding "science" because the truth is you're getting information from people who are likely extreme in their fitness, bodybuilding and likely using PED's to enhance hypertrophy.
