Hi everyone new to this a little apprehensive but here goes.im usually a very active person I also use to weigh 19st.2 now Weigh 8.12.i run everyday everywhere, I also weight train.however my body doesn't want to do running I've hit a block.looking for inspiration help guidance people,this is getting me really down.anyone else gone through what I think is burn out?
