Hi All,
I am going on my own journey of loosing weight.
Currently I am trying to loose 16 kg, not sure how it is fully going to work out.
My plan is to eat clean & Exercise.
I'm a Muslim so Ramadan should be interesting since I can't eat during the day.
I also work Mon-Friday.. so this journey is going to be hectic... but I am not giving up.
My question to you all is how much weight can I loose in a week, in a Month and in 2Month?
If it helps my height is about 5'5 and I weight about 76kg
