Looking to do it right this time...

Morning all! So I've blabbed a bit of my story around here on a few boards this morning lol however I never thought to do it here in the intro - what an idea that would have been.
Anyway, briefly - I quit smoking just shy of 4 months ago, and shocking, I've packed on the weight. I've gained 13 pounds, and ideally looking to lose 16. I've got a few other goals as well (proper eating, breakfast, etc.), but for now I've started running (does anyone else use running as their go to?) for which I love doing - but it's not getting my clothes any more loose and it's getting pretty frustrating. Would be cool to meet some people to motivate each other, share successes (and even setbacks) on our track to living a healthy active lifestyle. Tips would be great too-I feel like I've plateaued even before I've started :S
