Up and down for years now it's time to loose for good

Well my names Tim, 10 years ago I was 280lb and in a year reached a goal of 142lb went. Then I relocated to West Yorkshire. I think that weight was really impossible to maintain and my weight has always been up and down like a yoyo. 30lb here and there. I have always used a well known online weight management system but always go back to the weight I was before averaging 217lb. I confess I am a massive chocoholic and sugar fiend and and secret eater really which does not help me. Also I am a chef working normal hours now though 6am - 3pm have 2 young children 3 years and 3 month old boy and girl.
So I have started 2 weeks ago using fitness pal as I have before I cycle to work do around 40 to 60 miles a week and now cook fresh every day been off the fizzy coke etc for 15 days now and just having green tea water and fizzy water quit the chocolate, BUT using sugar free recipes for example date banana and sweet potato brownie. Whole foods no low fat as it contains added sugar etc and my journey starts here lost 10lb in 15 days and want to reach my goal of 154lb any advice would be great
