Started my diet journey on 05/09/16. Using Fitbit, MFP and Weight Watchers. I'm not using WW that much, but using MFP for accountability. I have lost 10 to 11 pounds. Trying to increase my activity to get at least 10,000 steps in a day. Could use some friends, advice and support. Thank you all
