can i take these two together?

i have been taking green tea diet pills for a few weeks because they amp up my energy which is what i need with 2 boys running around and a 10 month old boy as well..... so they have been keeping me going.. i am wondering tho can i take a water pill with them? or are they the same thing? i dont want to double up and hurt myself but i read that they the water pills can be taken a week or so before or TOM and you wont feel like a blimp... which would be great. ok just wodering i have both already but havent dared to combine them till i know more.....

i get them at walmart for 4 bux for a box of 30 in blister packs. they are called Mega-T Green Tea its says they are a dietary supplemnet with acai berry and hoodia... i love them!!! they are for loosing weight but i take them for energy twice a day after i eat and its not bad for just 4 bux!!!
