Hey everyone! I've been using this app for about a month now and I really love it. My goal is to get really fit and be healthy despite the endless temptations to be lazy and eat junk food. I'm sure that there are plenty of people that go through the same thing as me but I feel like everyone's story really is inspiring and I wouldn't have started this journey without that inspiration. If anyone has any tips on beginners weight training PLEASE send! Cause with so many things on line now a days you never know what's beneficial and what's not. Thanks !
