Embarrassing question about stomach fat

I am embarrassed to post this but annoyed enough with myself that I have to ask....I just started T25 yesterday and although I have lost 32 lbs recently, I still have 32 lbs to go and I have stomach fat over my C-section scar which is now flopping when I do cardio
Thanks in advance!
Christine
(I am cringing just writing this)....Is there any garment that can help keep this grossness in place until I get rid of it because instead of enjoying my workout, I just feel frustrated with myself and my floppy stomach!!!!Thanks in advance!

Have you tried exercise clothes? I have a few pairs of the stretchy shorts that I would wear under my regular shorts or sweat pants.0

Congrats on the weight loss! I like to wear compression clothes when I do cardio. It keeps everything in place and there is less jiggling. You can get cheap-ish compression gear at Old Navy or Target.0

I am actually going to Target this morning...will be looking for some compression shorts for sure! Thank you :flowerforyou: !0

I am there with you. Once I am at my goal weight I am going to be checking into surgery to get rid of the excess skin.0

I am right there with you! I have lost about 40 lbs and would like to drop about 20-25 more, but Zumba and 30DS are tough when your "baby apron" are flapping around and making your too-big workout pants roll down. It's annoying and distracting!! I went to Gap yesterday and happened to see some compression-type capri pants on sale. I tried them on and ended up getting 2 pairs. I wore them last night when I did the 30DS and it made a huge difference. Give it a try!! :flowerforyou:0

It will get better. Not perfect, but better. Agree with the compression pants.0

Is it possible to get rid of this fat over the C-section?0

You obviously can't target that fat. As you lose weight you will lose some fat from that area. It really depends on how lean you want to get, and even if you achieve really low body fat you may still have some skin that hangs over the scar. I'm ok with that.0

When I was starting running a few years ago the compression clothes were so expensive that I just bought an inexpensive hanes spandex bodyshaper to wear under my running shorts. Cost 8 dollars and worked very well.
Obviously diet and losing weight helps the tummy appearance issues, but also strength training more than cardio. Start a progressive lifting program.0 -
I wear the tight capris or shorts from Target. I feel waaaaay less jiggly that way!0

^^^ This. I feel your pain!! I use the compression shorts/pants/tops to keep everything in check! Ahhh....the joys of being a woman with so many jiggly parts... (I mean me...I'm jiggly)0
