    Once again a bit late, but better late then never! :)

    SW:(Starting weight) 210
    CW:(Current weight) 180.4
    GW:(Goal weight for this month) 176.8

    Weigh in dates:

    Apparently I have a mind like a steel... salad strainer.

    SW: 175 (Which I have revisited again and again)
    CW: 168 (Vacation weight! Pretending it's water...) Friday Morning
    GW: 163 (May alter if 6/4 weight is a lot lower than Friday)
    GW2: 158. As of Sunday (6/5) I'm down to 164.8. I figure that's good enough for me.

    Weigh in dates:
    Start of the month(6/01 Wednesday):
    6/4 Sat: 166 (still water weight)
    6/11 Sat:163.8
    6/18 Sat:162.6 (actually 6/19)
    6/25 Sat:
    End of the month(6/30 Thursday):

    I'm struggling off a short plateau. The upside is that I finally broke 163 after not for weeks. The downside is all the peeing! My kidneys are tired.

    Lol, the message boards here are a little weirder than some, I get what you were after though.

    I went to the beach for a week! I hadn't had a vacation in about 3 years, so while I didn't eat to the point of uncomfortable, I didn't stick to salads or check calorie counts at restaurants either.

    It was just a huge amount of water weight from sodium. Anytime I respond to a post about water weight I always mention sodium counts since going too far above the RDA turns me into a blimp for about a week.

    But since I didn't count, I couldn't be sure how far off the rails I went calorie wise. Apparently, I didn't go too far over because I think I was only up about a pound when everything settled. And 6lbs of water retention!

    And awesome work at NOT dieting on a beach! Sounds well worth it! (I wouldn't diet on a beach either)
    I'm glad you are still moving forward, that can be hard after a vacation and gaining water weight. And yes, your kidneys must be tired.

    In the end, shark week wins. All in all, I'm satisfied, even if I didn't hit my goal. I'll hit it soon enough! I did see 159.8 a few days ago before the water retention started, so in my head, I've already crossed that line into the 150s.
