Tomorrow, one billion Muslims around the world will start the month of Ramadan, a month of fasting and prayer, through which we hope to attain inner peace, learn patience through fast, and purify our mind, soul and body.I wish all my MFPs a great month ahead pushing towards our goals! I promise to try and not over eat, and instead really detoxify!Happy Ramadan!:flowerforyou:
So if you're fasting, remember, to make up all the water you usually drink during night time. Let's not make iftar a race to compensate for all the day's fasting, eat lightly our body can handle it. Perhaps this is a great way to get on track with our goals, instead of the usual extra pounds we gain!

I usually gain some pounds at the end of Ramadan. I think the mango milk shakes are to blame. Have a blessed Ramadan everyone!:flowerforyou:0
