I find when I google TDEE calculators there are quite a few and the results vary. Which site do you use?

I don't use a site...I use this calculation based on accurate logging here using a food scale and correct entries.
total calories consumed+(lbs lost x 3500)/#days. Typically use 21-28 day cycles.1 -
I've always seen and used this one http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/ seems to be pretty accurate.0

I use scooby too, but you will have to adjust either way.0
