30 Day Shred and Ripped in 30 starting tomorrow :D

My little boys christening is on the 11th August and im seriously needing to tone and lose my stomach fat haha so im starting my exercise regime tomorrow :D

Morning - 30 day shred
Mid-day - 30 Minuets Cardio
Evening - Ripped in 30

Ive ordered some 1.5KG weights aswell

Going to be eating clean and aiming for 1200 calories a day :)
