Run and Lose weight.

I'm 44 yo, and I am 231 pound for 5.7 feet, so basically obese. I started a diet to lose 65-70 pounds.

During my last diet, 2 years ago, I've lost 70 pounds, and even ran marathons, 3 full marathons in fact. During this sporty period, I was eating around 2500 / 3000 cal, and after a muscle injury I had to rest 3 months. Then I gained 33 pounds because I was not exercising anymore. I avoided my running club, I was ashamed of my belly. But things kept going worth, pound after pound I weighted just like before the diet.

But I decided to do it again, and to join my running mates soon.
Just bought an elliptical trainer, so I will be training each day 30 to 40 mn early in the morning. No more excuses...

This app is the perfect coach to monitor my intake / consumption. Plus it finds almost everything !!
