Hi all,
Been really struggling today & for the past week. I have a thyroid problem so I struggle with fatigue anyway. Just wondered what people use for energy & fatigue?

I'm sorry you're struggling
Honestly, I know this is really hard to do, but I find I get energy just by making myself do things that I don't feel like doing- go out for a walk, clean, go grocery shopping, etc. I get satisfaction from having done something productive, and moving around tends to wake me up. There's always coffee or tea to help you get started.
Are you cutting calories for weight loss? If you're at too much of a deficit, you may want to consider taking it easier on yourself.0 -
Get your thyroid checked properly, including fT3 and fT4 and have your medication adjusted, possibly higher. There's no reason to be tired even if you're hypothyroid. Oh, and take your medication first thing in the morning, at least half an hour before anything to eat or drink. Then more gets absorbed.
Mind you, I was on only a very low T4 medication, 25mcg and felt miserable. By just adjusting it to 37.5 I feel much better.0
