Weight gain water and generally feeling rubbish!

So I've been trying hard to lose weight but in the last few months my maximum weight due to water and hormones has been creeping up to 63kg. I weigh everyday and record most days. Below is my chart but I can't work out if I am gaining weight as at some point I drop back to 61.5kg or overall I have gained about 1kg? Is weighing everyday a good idea? Because i have issues with water if I weigh once a week I can vary by a whole kilo!!?
