Need an accountability friend!

Hi my name is Emily and I'm looking to lose 10 lbs in the next 4 weeks. I've made goals for myself plenty of times before but I have trouble holding myself accountable. I'm looking for someone who is also trying to lose weight by eating healthier and exercising that wants someone to hold them accountable as well!

Hi Emily, whats the hurry? From experience, 2.5 pounds per week will not be sustainable unless you change your habits, which usually doesn't change in 4 weeks. You can make progress to your goal, go for it and make it happen.0
