I'm 5'3, 142lbs and I want to get to 126. I've been eating around 1200-1300 and trying not to eat back the calories my fitbit gives me. My fitbit says I burn around 2000 cals 5 days a week from being on my feet all day at work so I adjusted my activity level on here to lightly active. Now MFP has me at 1390. Can I lose on that?

I used another weight loss calculator and found it to be 1489 for weight loss based on the information you gave. I would say to try out 1300 first. If you feel hungry the whole time then you probably should add another 100 calories. However, do not go below 1200 and if you do, not for very long. Overall, you'll need to try it out for a week, whatever you decide, and then adjust accordingly.0

Mudder gave good advice to which I'll add, it's all a game of mathematics. Sometimes the margins between success and failure are pretty slim. Be sure to log everything to the best of your ability.0
